How do I place an order?
Shopping Cart
Our on-line shopping cart is available 24 hrs a day and is a secure encrypted cart. Air freight charges sometimes differ on heavy items than what the cart calculates. You will be notified if this happens. Your order is verified by email upon completion.

General Order Information
Shipping Different From Billing
When placing an order and your shipping address is different than the billing address of your credit card you must contact us once you place your order to explain why we are shipping to a different billing address. Once we verify your information it will then be to our discretion whether or not we will ship your order to that address or not. This policy helps protect you from someone else using your credit card.
Pricing Disclaimer
Due to human error it is possible to have mistakes throughout our website network so in the event of a pricing mistake we reserve the right to go by the pricing in our database in-house.

What is your Return/Refund Policy?
All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. [NOTE: All RA expire 15 days after date of issuance!] You must contact us at 281-787-3901 for this number. Without it the box will be refused at the dock.
Due to the type of merchandise we carry please read this return/refund policy carefully.
Closeout Products
All sales final, no exchanges and no returns on all closeout products in our closeout categories.
Christmas
Santa suit orders that are not the correct size can be exchanged for another size. Customer must pay for freight both ways. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail or phone to receive and RA# and we must receive the suit within 15 days. [NOTE: All RA expire 15 days after date of issuance!]
Our santa suits are of the best quality available. Unlike other websites who have a no return policy on suits, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your santa suit you can return it for a full refund less freight. We must be notified within of 48 hours of delivery via e-mail or phone to receive and RA# and we must receive the product within 15 days. [NOTE: All RA expire 15 days after date of issuance!] (Hair products can not be returned)
All other christmas products fall under our General Return/Refund category.
General
Products are checked and carefully packed upon leaving our warehouse so any damages should be filed with the freight company.
We will exchange products for a different size but we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt and we will issue you a return authorization number for the exchange. You are responsible for freight both ways. Product must be received within 15 days. [NOTE: All RA expire 15 days after date of issuance!]
Merchandise must show no sign of wear and be in the original packaging for we only sell new and unused products.
We will not accept exchanges or returns on hair products, makeup, under garments, or special order items.
We always do our best to accommodate our customers on time related orders but we are not responsible for time factors on product delivery from the carriers.
Canceled Orders
Prior to shipping (after your Goggle Account is Charged) will receive a 15% Cancellation Charge, no accept ions
Do You Have A Catalog?
In an effort to keep our cost down and pass the savings on to you we have chosen not to have a paper catalog which carries all of our items. Feel free to call us with any questions concerning any products which you are looking for and do not find on our website.
Do You Have A Minimum Order?
Orders for less than $ 20.00 carry a $ 10.00 USD surcharge.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Texas residents, please add 8.25% sales tax
