Different From Billing
When placing
an order and your shipping address is different than the billing address of your
credit card you must contact us once you place your order to explain why we are
shipping to a different billing address. Once we verify your information it will
then be to our discretion whether or not we will ship your order to that address
or not. This policy helps protect you from someone else using your credit card. -

exchanges and returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization
number. [NOTE: All RA expire 15 days after date of issuance!] You
must contact us at 281-787-3901 for this number. Without it the box will
be refused at the dock.

to the type of merchandise we carry please read this return/refund policy

All sales final, no exchanges and no returns
on all closeout products in our closeout categories.

Santa suit orders that are not the correct size
can be exchanged for another size. Customer must pay for freight both
ways. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail or
phone to receive and RA# and we must receive the suit within 15 days.

Our santa suits are of the best quality available.
Unlike other websites who have a no return policy on suits, we offer
a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied
with your santa suit you can return it for a full refund less freight.

Products are checked and carefully packed upon
leaving our warehouse so any damages should be filed with the freight
company.

We will exchange products for a different
size but we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt and we will
issue you a return authorization number for the exchange. You are
responsible for freight both ways. Product must be received within

Merchandise must show no sign of wear and be
in the original packaging for we only sell new and unused products.

We will not accept exchanges or returns on hair
products, makeup, under garments, or special order items.

on time related orders but we are not responsible for time factors
on product delivery from the carriers.
